Founded in 1993, MMC Learning is a marketing/management training and educational helpdesk specialist based at and part of Manchester Metropolitan University Business School.

At MMC Learning, we specialise in the delivery of accredited marketing courses online. Our CIM accredited qualifications—the Introductory Certificate in Marketing, Professional Certificate/Diploma in Marketing and Professional Development in E-Marketing Award—enable learners to initiate and develop a firm understanding of the principles of marketing and put key marketing concepts, frameworks and techniques into practice. Dedicated Educational Helpdesk Support Services
As well as delivering online marketing qualifications, we also provide an all-encompassing educational helpdesk service to support organisations delivering e-learning projects and enhance the learning experience for end-users.
The MMC Learning Helpdesk provides essential guidance and support for those getting to grips with new courses, qualifications or technical products and is currently being used by learners at Tesco completing a new Foundation Degree in Retailing. Tutors and learners at Manchester Metropolitan University and the University of the Arts London have also been using the service to offer essential support and guidance for those completing new and innovative e-learning courses.
Our helpdesk service has also supported the implementation of a Passport and Upskilling Platform for a National Skills Academy system developed for Cogent, the Sector Skills Council for Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Petroleum and Polymers. This helpdesk offers an immediate response, covers out-of-office hours, including evenings and weekends, and provides total support for users.
